Which payment methods can my guests use?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus PayPal. You choose which ones appear at your checkout.
Can a time slot be overbooked?
No. Seats are checked on the server and held for 15 minutes while a guest pays. If they don’t finish, the seats are released automatically.
Do I need my own website?
No. Every experience gets its own booking page you can share. If you do have a website, you can embed the booking widget with one line of code.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You set the cancellation policy per experience. Guests request a cancellation from their booking page, and you approve a full or partial refund from the dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Most providers publish their first experience in under an hour. We’re happy to help you move bookings over from your current system.
